Move aside tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen. Hokkaido Ramen Men-ya KAIKO’s rich, lip-smacking miso-based broth is out to draw more ramen lovers to its camp! This restaurant offers ramen fans who are tired of the usual pork bone broth, an alternative in the form of a rich, mouth-watering misobased broth that gives a savoury, unami taste. The must-try is the Pork and Chicken Ramen, which is a piquant serving of juicy meat slices nestling in the aromatic soup. Special mention must be made of the Char Siu, which is delicately marbled and coupled with a meaty yet subtle flavour.
Takeaway is available. Reservations available daily, except for weekdays lunch.
